About VendingMilwaukee

A Vending Family. A Wisconsin Service.

My name is Avromi Russell. I grew up in vending — packing route trucks for my brothers' drivers as a kid, learning the business at street level. Three of my siblings work in vending today. We're a food family, and this is what we do.

Growing Up in Vending

The earliest memory I have of work is sitting on the floor of my brothers' warehouse, sorting product into route trays. Snack bars in one bin, candy in another, drinks staged on pallets for the morning routes. I was packing trucks before I was old enough to drive one. By the time I was a teenager, I knew which products moved at which accounts, which routes ran late, which machines needed service. You learn vending the way kids in farm families learn farming — by being around it constantly.

Three of my siblings are in the business too. Different cities, different angles — vending operations, food service, route management. It's a food family. When everybody at the dinner table grows up around the same industry, you absorb things you couldn't pick up any other way: how routes really work, why certain accounts thrive and others don't, what separates a break room employees actually use from one they barely touch.

Why Milwaukee, Why Now

I spent a lot of time looking at the Milwaukee vending market before I started this. Wisconsin has real industrial depth — manufacturing plants, food production, healthcare campuses, distribution centers, university housing — and a lot of those locations were stuck with vending service that didn't match their account size or their employees' expectations. Machines running empty. Slow service response. Product mixes that hadn't been touched in years. It's the same gap I'd watched my family work to close in other markets, and Milwaukee was wide open.

VendingMilwaukee is my answer to that gap. We provide vending machines and micro-markets to Wisconsin businesses, with the kind of service standards I grew up watching my brothers hold their routes to. Stocked properly. Serviced quickly. Product mix that actually reflects who's using the break room. Nothing exotic — just vending done right, by people who know what right looks like.

What We Do

We install and service vending machines and micro-markets across the Milwaukee metro and southeast Wisconsin — Kenosha to Mequon, Brookfield to Beloit. We work with manufacturing plants, distribution centers, corporate offices, healthcare facilities, food production sites, and student housing. If you have 50 or more people on site and a break room that needs to actually function, we should talk.

No long sales pitch, no aggressive contracts. Just reliable vending and micro-market service from someone who's been around this industry his whole life.
